Resheduling and Cancellation Policy

Event attendance must follow the guidelines set by the event booking. No additional players will be permitted into any given event. If you book 14 players, FPS reserves the right to restrict the event to 14 players without allowing for added players. Rescheduling policy (for adverse weather): FPS requires 48hrs notice to reschedule any event. As long as we have 48 hours notice, and the new event date is within three weeks of the original date, there is no fee for re-scheduling your event as long as the new date is within 3 weeks of the original date. An event is only eligible to be rescheduled once at no charge. Further schedule changes or moves beyond the three week window could be subject to additional scheduling fees. Rescheduling policy is only regarding bad weather, personal scheduling conflicts do not apply as a valid reason for a reschedule. Rescheduling may still be available but at an additional fee. Rescheduling is based on the scheduling availability of FPS and we cannot guarantee that a date that works for the client will be available. Cancellation policy: Once you book an event with FPS, we require the event to be executed as the date and equipment are dedicated to your event booking meaning no other events may take that schedule slot. If the deposit has not been paid by the time the event is canceled, but had been confirmed by the client via email or verbally, the client will be considered bound to our rescheduling and cancellation policies. If cancellation is within 7 days of the scheduled event, the full party amount is subject to charge. Any event cancelled within 30 days of the event date is responsible for 75% of the balance due. More than 30 days notice and no additional balance will be considered due. Deposits are non refundable.
